Job Description
The BDM will be responsible for developing and expanding the company's presence across retail, food-service, and tourism sectors in Ireland. The role involves acquiring new business, managing existing accounts, and acting as the primary contact point for customers. The candidate will introduce new products, gather market feedback, and foster strong customer relationships. The role is predominantly remote, with regular visits to clients and occasional in-person meetings at the company headquarters.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate is a passionate, people-oriented individual with a strong interest in food and FMCG. They should be self-driven, results-oriented, and possess excellent commercial awareness. Building rapport with clients, negotiating effectively, and communicating across organizational levels are essential skills. Experience within the food industry or FMCG, along with an existing network in food-service or retail sectors, is preferred. Candidates must own a vehicle and hold a full driving license**
