Job Description:

The main responsibility for this role will be to supervise the everyday evening running of our Bars/restaurants & team and deliver exceptional customer service to our passengers.
REQUIREMENTS
* 3+ years working in a Restaurant / Hotel/ Bar Supervisor environment.
* Ability to work under pressure and supervise a great team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Arranging and supervising work shifts / schedules.
* Daily Orders
* Assisting with the Development of Training and Service Standards for our team.
* Compliance with safety and qualities controls.
Maintaining a fun, safe environment for staff and customers.
Non EU applicants are required to provide a valid work permit upon application. Any applicants who have not been residents of Ireland for the last 5 years must provide a criminal record disclosure from all states of residence in last 5 years prior to commencing employment.
