Are you highly organised, detail-oriented and looking for a dynamic role where no two days are the same?
Our client is based in Dublin 22 and is currently recruiting for an experience PA / Business Support professional to join their team in a pivotal position supporting senior leadership and cross-functional operations.
This role offers broad exposure across the organisation, engaging with senior stakeholders, internal teams and external partners.
Its an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys managing multiple priorities and takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work.
Salary is €45 - €50k plus bonus, working from home allowance (2 days WFH), healthcare contribution and annual bonus, as well as great staff discounts and fabulous holidays.
DUTIES OF THE ROLE Provide comprehensive executive support to the Aftersales Director, including diary and inbox management, travel arrangements, expense processing and coordination of team leave schedules.
Support the Director and management team in day-to-day operations, anticipating needs and ensuring smooth execution of activities.
Coordinate compliance requirements across internal policies and systems, including regulatory, product and environmental standards, as well as annual audit preparation.
Assist with the preparation and submission of technical and environmental reports in line with business and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments, partner organisations and external suppliers to support business initiatives and operational goals.
Prepare presentations, documentation and reports for senior meetings.
Manage the planning and execution of key events THE IDEAL CANDIDATE Proven experience managing confidential information with discretion.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.
A proactive, structured approach with excellent attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word.
A collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organisation.
