About Your New Job
Develop and maintain the facility’s Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) management system in line with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Promote a strong safety culture by ensuring adherence to safe working practices, proper use of PPE, and active employee engagement in EHS initiatives.
Conduct inspections, audits, and monitoring activities to ensure compliance with EHS regulations and identify opportunities for improvement.
Manage incident reporting and investigations to identify root causes and ensure corrective actions are implemented and tracked to completion.
Deliver EHS training and collaborate with management and engineering teams to reduce risks, minimise environmental impact, and support continuous improvement.
What Skills You Need
Bachelor’s degree in EHS, Engineering, or related field with a NEBOSH Diploma and minimum 3 years’ manufacturing experience.
First aid responder cert.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with the ability to quickly learn new software systems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to work effectively with both corporate teams and manufacturing staff.
Highly organised with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to manage multiple tasks, maintain confidentiality, and work independently or collaboratively with a positive, results-driven attitude.
