Job Title: Regional Business Development Executive
Description:
We are seeking an experienced Regional Business Development Executive to lead our local corporate sales efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with corporate clients in the region.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategic plans to grow our local corporate client base
* Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at local companies
* Negotiate rate agreements and manage existing accounts
* Assist with RFPs and other sales initiatives as needed
* Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity to ensure our sales strategies remain effective
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 2 years of proactive hotel sales experience
* Strong knowledge of the corporate market in Dublin City Centre (experience preferred but not essential)
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in standard software applications and hotel systems
