Orange Recruitment are currently on the lookout for a Graduate EHS Advisor to join our clients Dublin-based team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to develop professionally while playing a key part in their commitment to health, safety, environmental awareness, and inclusion across the business. As part of their EHS function, you'll support both office and site operations, working closely with the Regional EHS Manager. Over time, you'll transition into a more site-focused position, giving you valuable on-the-ground experience and exposure to live projects. Responsibilities: Assist in the day-to-day administration and roll-out of our Safety Management System. Support compliance efforts by helping maintain documentation such as risk assessments, method statements, and safety plans. Participate in routine inspections and audits, following up on findings and helping implement corrective actions. Contribute to the planning and delivery of toolbox talks, safety inductions, and employee briefings. Collaborate with teams to promote safe work practices and encourage active participation in safety programmes. Help investigate incidents and ensure appropriate records, actions, and reports are maintained. Assist with environmental monitoring, including waste, energy use, and environmental KPIs. Play a supporting role in wellness and DEI initiatives that align with broader EHS goals. Keep training logs, registers, and safety documentation accurate and up to date. Liaise with contractors and employees to strengthen a culture of accountability and safety. Requirements: A degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Health, Environmental Science, or a related field (Level 8 preferred). A keen interest in safety, sustainability, and employee wellbeing. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Willingness to travel to various sites in the Dublin area as needed. Great attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Confident using Microsoft Office and comfortable managing digital documentation. Ability to work independently or as part of a multidisciplinary team. An energetic attitude and eagerness to learn and grow professionally. Skills: Compliance EHS Construction
