Salary: €75k to €95k

The Role
Manage the Assigned Certification process across a range of projects
Prepare documentation for tender, inspection plans and commencement notice submissions
Oversee BCAR compliance, statutory submissions, and site monitoring
Review Ancillary Certifier quality monitoring and record-keeping
Attend and chair site meetings, liaising with contractors, design teams, Local Authorities and clients
Contribute to business development through client relationship management and fee proposals
Mentor and support junior team members, sharing best practice and driving continuous improvement
The Person
Qualified to perform the role of Assigned Certifier under BCAR regulations (Architect, Chartered Engineer, or Building Surveyor)
Minimum 5 years' relevant post-qualification experience
Strong knowledge of Building Control Regulations, BCAR online systems, and the construction process
Excellent leadership, communication and IT skills (MS Project, AutoCAD, site monitoring software)
Commercially astute with proven client-facing experience
Proactive, adaptable, and committed to CPD and professional standards
