Key Responsibilities

* Health and Safety: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
* Training and Development: Train, schedule, and support catering team members to uphold high service standards.
* Inventory Management: Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring timely replenishment for events.
* Collaboration: Collaborate with kitchen and operations teams to coordinate food preparation and delivery schedules.
* Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
