The AutoBoland Group is seeking an experienced, customer-focused Business Manager / Finance Insurance (F I) Sales Executive to join our expanding team.

Key Responsibilities Sell finance and insurance products, extended warranties, and service packages to maximise dealership profitability.
Use strong questioning and listening skills to identify customer needs and confirm vehicle ownership status.
Present tailored finance product options, clearly demonstrating features and benefits.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with finance and insurance partners.
Ensure accurate completion and processing of all finance applications, quotes, proposals, and documentation.
Manage financial settlements on vehicles taken in part exchange.
Work closely with the sales team to support conversions and cross-sell ancillary products.
Maintain excellent communication and collaboration across all dealership departments.
Ensure full compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements.
Participate in ongoing training and development, including the opportunity to obtain a consumer credit qualification.
What We're Looking For Previous experience in sales is essential-automotive or F I experience is a strong advantage.
A motivated, target-driven professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong attention to detail and administrative accuracy.
