Gowan Auto, importer and distributor of multiple motor brands in Ireland are seeking to recruit a Sales Administrator to support the Leapmotor brand, an exciting new addition to the Irish market. Key Responsibilities: Vehicle allocation and distribution support for dealer network. Liaise with internal and external customers, ensuring a high level of customer service. Update all internal databases & systems. Support the declaration of vehicles to Revenue. Create vehicle and customer records facilitating the development of an accurate, clean customer business database and vehicle history. Assist in the organisation and set up of events on an ongoing basis. Deal promptly with all email and telephone queries. Proactively produce reports, agendas, minutes, Power Point presentations and Excel spreadsheets to a high standard, in a timely fashion and to a consistent style and branding. Work closely with the Business Development Manager to ensure the timely completion of mandatory training in line with commercial policy. Provide fleet administrative support. Process demo credits due to dealer network. Support Key Account Managers in their daily needs. Other general sales management administration as determined by the Brand Manager. Key Attributes: Full, clean driving licence. Strong teamworking skills. Administration-related experience within the automotive industry desirable but not essential. Working knowledge of commercial database systems. Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills. High level of attention to detail. Must be IT proficient, specifically in Excel, Power Point and Word. Some experience in event management would be beneficial.
