This includes ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office, while contributing to the delivery of responsive, high-quality design solutions and technical documentation.You will act as an ambassador for the practice in all interactions with clients, colleagues, consultants, and service providers, reflecting the company's values of professionalism, collaboration, and social responsibility.The position requires you to be the central point of contact for office administration, tenders, contracts, HR assistance, wellness events, and facilities management across the studios.You will oversee diary management, tender submissions, ISO documentation, insurances, audits, and staff events, while providing direct support to the Directors and HR Manager.
