Job Responsibilities: - Stocking Shelves: Ensure shelves are fully stocked, organized, and clean.
Regularly check inventory levels and replenish products as needed to maintain an appealing and functional store layout.
- Telesales: Engage with customers over the phone to promote products, answer inquiries, and process orders.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships to drive repeat business.
- Placing Orders: Accurately place and manage product orders with suppliers based on stock levels and customer demand.
Monitor order status and follow up as necessary to ensure timely deliveries.
- Taking Deliveries: Receive and check incoming deliveries for accuracy and quality.
Unload and organize stock in the appropriate storage areas and update inventory records accordingly.
Requirements: - Must be a reliable team player with good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- No prior experience necessary full training will be provided.
