Job Role
We are seeking an organised and administrative professional to provide support and advice to professionals through education, training courses, and advisory services.
* Support course leaders in administrative activities, including preparing documentation for programmes
* Manage course data on database systems and liaise with the IT department
* Process payments for lecturers and tutors and update the virtual learning environment (Moodle)
* Answer student queries by email and phone and assist with course assessments
* Perform general administrative and ad-hoc duties
* Recent relevant experience in a similar role
* Knowledge of third level/professional systems
* Excellent attention to detail, communication, organisational, and IT skills
* Demonstrable proficiency in using database and spreadsheet systems, particularly Excel
