Role Overview
We are looking to add a Trade Support Analyst to our Settlements Team within Trade Operations on a 12 months fixed term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking to gain exposure to institutional portfolio management and trading, interact with the front office, and acquire invaluable knowledge of the world of financial instruments.The Settlements Team is responsible for the end-to-end post-trade life cycle of Keyridge's trading activity, as well as MIFIR transaction reporting requirements.The Role Reporting to the Settlements Manager, the successful applicant will have the following responsibilities:Providing trade support by monitoring trade confirmations and settlement in equities, bonds, futures, and other instruments in global markets. This includes proactively working with Keyridge's trading desk, counterparty/broker desks, and custodians to investigate and resolve any trade exceptions.Accurately recording all trade activity on the Investment Book of Record (IBOR) on a timely basis.Managing penalties and the bilateral claims process within the CSDR framework.Investigating and resolving cash and security holding position breaks.Onboarding new clients, fund set-ups, and new market set-ups.Overseeing the transaction reporting process under MiFIR to the Regulator.Participating in systems upgrades, migrations, and implementations.Continuously developing and improving processes and workflows.This role offers significant exposure to the operational side of trading and is ideal for someone looking to build a career in financial services.
What you will help us to achieve
