This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and has experience supporting both HR operations and recruitment coordination.This role will suit a proactive HR professional who enjoys being hands-on, highly organised, and involved in the full recruitment lifecycle, while also supporting broader HR administration.The RoleReporting into the senior HR team, the HR & Recruitment Coordinator will play a key role in supporting a busy HR function during a period of increased recruitment activity. The focus will be on end-to-end recruitment coordination, candidate management, HR systems administration, and general HR support.This is a part-time role (21 hours per week / 3 full days) on an initial 6-month temporary contract, with hybrid working available. Due to the nature of the role, regular onsite presence will be required.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinating high-volume, end-to-end recruitment campaignsScheduling interviews, preparing interview packs, and liaising with candidates and hiring managersManaging recruitment documentation and ensuring compliance with relevant standardsSupporting interview panels and taking structured interview notesMaintaining accurate recruitment trackers and HR dataSupporting onboarding processes, including contracts, documentation, and system setupUpdating and maintaining employee records on the HR systemResponding to HR-related queries and supporting general HR administrationAssisting with HR projects, reporting, and process improvementsAbout YouA recognised HR qualification (degree, CIPD, or equivalent)Minimum 2+ years' experience in an HR and/or recruitment coordination roleStrong experience supporting recruitment processes and multiple stakeholdersHighly organised with excellent attention to detailConfident communicator with a professional and approachable mannerComfortable working with HR systems and MS OfficeAble to handle confidential information with discretionA proactive, team-oriented mindsetExperience with HR systems and knowledge of Irish employment law and recruitment compliance would be advantageous.Why Apply?Part-time hours with flexibilityExposure to a dynamic and creative organisationHands-on HR and recruitment experienceSupportive and collaborative working environment
