Position Overview:
As a seasoned Duty Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel in Waterville, Kerry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure exceptional customer experiences across all aspects of the hotel's operations.
* Collaborate with department managers to provide comprehensive operational support.
* Support various areas of the property to guarantee high standards of customer service and care.
* Lead and manage staff effectively, maintaining excellent levels of customer satisfaction.
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance hotel operations and elevate customer service standards.
Requirements:
* Two years of experience in a Hotel or golf club environment.
* Outstanding Communication, Leadership, Customer Service, Organisation, and Time Management Skills.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Able to work well under pressure and thrive in fast-paced environments.
* Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
