Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and results-driven
Digital Marketing Specialist
to plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. You will play a key role in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and online growth in Ireland and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email)
* Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn)
* Analyse campaign performance and report on KPIs
* Improve website traffic, engagement, and conversion rates
* Collaborate with content, design, sales, and product teams
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field
* 2+ years of experience in digital marketing
* Strong knowledge of
SEO / SEM
and paid media
* Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads)
* Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress or similar)
* Strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills
* Professional working proficiency in
English
Nice to Have
* Experience with marketing automation or CRM tools
* Basic design or video editing skills
* Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or B2B environments
* Experience working in international teams
