Our client, a well-established and growing accountancy and auditing firm, is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the smooth operation of their practice. This pivotal leadership role involves managing a team of bookkeepers and support staff while working closely with the directors to drive performance, efficiency, and client satisfaction. This role is suited for an experienced Bookkeeper with office management experience. Compensation: €50,000 - €60,000 DOE Key Responsibilities Collaborating with directors to maintain strong client relationships and effectively manage client expectations. Developing and maintaining office procedures and administrative systems. Presenting ideas and procedures during team meetings to enhance efficiency and encourage discussion. Coordinating with external IT providers to support staff with their IT requirements. Communicating staff-related issues to management, along with proposed solutions. Carrying out additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned. Overseeing and guiding the work and workflow of bookkeeping and administrative staff. Identifying staff training and development needs and reporting these to management. Providing general support and services to ensure a comfortable and productive work environment for employees. Requirements: A background in bookkeeping or finance administration is essential Must have experience working in an accountancy practice Proven leadership skills with a focus on people management, performance, and development.
