CPL UK in partnership with our client are seeking an IVF Consultant for a full time permanent contract with a superb Fertility Clinic in Dublin, Ireland.
This is a permanent full-time position. The successful candidate will be well-versed in all aspects of Fertility Medicine and must have the ability to lead the team to deliver fertility services to the highest standard, with an emphasis on maximizing successful outcomes for patients.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
9. Manage the care of patients at the clinic, from consultation to completion of treatment, working to agreed protocols
10. Lead the team, motivating and inspiring them with exemplary patient care
11. Take responsibility for day-to-day clinical decisions regarding patient treatment, drug regimens and timing of procedures, working closely with medical, nursing and scientific colleagues
12. Perform egg collection and embryo transfer procedures safely
13. Maintain accurate and clear medical records in accordance with clinical protocols and procedures all times
14. Contribute to the continuous development and improvement of services at the Clinic
15. Support heads of departments with general operational activity
16. Provide advice and contribute to the training of clinical, scientific and administration staff
Essential Qualifications
17. Full Irish Medical Council Registration, with eligibility for inclusion on the Specialist Register
18. Higher Diploma (Fellowship or Membership) of Specialty College MRCOG or equivalent
19. Proven experience in Reproductive Medicine/Fertility
20. Must have a valid Right to Work in the Republic of Ireland
Skills & Competencies
21. Thorough understanding of the scientific evidence underpinning clinical practice as well as an understanding of the work of related disciplines
22. An understanding and empathetic approach to patient care and the ability to communicate clearly, honestly and concisely in consultations with patients, including the ability to deliver 'bad news' in a constructive and sympathetic manner
23. Proficiency in transvaginal ultrasound scanning
24. Ability to mentor and train others in ART skills
25. An understanding of, and ability to apply, quality assurance and monitoring of clinical performance
26. Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary fertility team, leading and motivating others
27. A solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
Desirable Skills/Qualifications
28. Subspecialty training in Reproductive Medicine
29. Proficiency in operating laparoscopically, possessing the necessary skills to offer surgical solutions to support the management of sub-fertile patients
30. An understanding of prevailing EU and national legislation
31. An appropriate level of managerial experience
