We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Commercial Operations Manager. Reporting to the EVP, Customer Success, Global, this full-time, permanent position is based in the UK or Europe and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact on our Corporate Department and its growth.
Job Overview
Lead, optimize, and scale the sales operations to support a high-performing sales team of 10 to 18 representatives selling international expansion services across the UK, Ireland, Europe, and the Middle East. Oversee tools, processes, and data analytics to drive efficiency, improve productivity, and ensure revenue growth. This role bridges strategy and execution through insights, enabling the team to exceed targets consistently.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy and Planning
* Collaborate with senior leadership to define sales strategies aligned with company goals.
* Develop and manage sales forecasts, quotas, and KPIs.
* Design territory and account allocation models to maximize market coverage.
Operational Leadership
* Create and maintain Salesforce infrastructure for reports, dashboards, and leaderboards.
* Standardize and improve sales processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
* Lead cross-functional projects to enhance the customer journey, ensuring collaboration between sales, onboarding, and client services.
Data Management and Reporting
* Maintain Salesforce and CRM tools for effective use by sales reps.
* Provide reports on pipeline, win rates, trends, and performance metrics.
* Design leaderboards to motivate top performers and ensure fairness.
* Partner with sales leadership for training and onboarding solutions.
* Implement tools for sales presentations and proposals.
* Develop and enforce sales playbooks, workflows, and documentation.
* Coordinate with local offices and sourcing to include all locally required services in solutions.
Revenue Optimization
* Analyze revenue performance to identify gaps and opportunities.
* Monitor deal velocity and address bottlenecks.
* Work with department heads to ensure all required services are captured to minimize revenue leakage.
Team Management and Development
* Manage sales operations team members, including analysts and administrators.
* Promote a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
* Mentor sales leaders with insights and recommendations to enhance team performance.
