As a General Operative, you will be responsible for a variety of duties.
Responsibilities: Production Preparation: Assist in the production of prestressed hollowcore units, including preparation and cleaning of beds for casting.
Machinery Operation: Operate a variety of equipment specifically designed for the prestress hollowcore production process.
Problem-solving: Identify and resolve issues that may arise during production setup.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow established safety protocols.
Skills Required: Experience in precast concrete or construction environments.
Previous Prestressing Experience desirable.
Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety standards Ability to use hand and power tools effectively.
