Support Specialist
This role supports individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or Autism in a residential setting. This environment provides the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with clients, understand their needs and goals, and work collaboratively to achieve them.
* Educate yourself on HIQA regulations and record keeping best practices.
* Work closely with clients and complete administrative tasks efficiently.

Required Skills:
* Proven experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or Autism.
* Strong understanding of HIQA regulations and record keeping requirements.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
