A key leadership role in site management is available, working closely with operations to deliver production requirements.
The successful candidate will bring experience in high-risk food manufacturing and a relevant science-based qualification.
Main Responsibilities:
* Food Safety & Quality Management
* Manage high-risk food production ensuring compliance with all standards and legislation.
* Maintain HACCP systems (HACCP Team Leader).
The following responsibilities also exist:
* Liaise with maintenance and contractors.
Ideal Qualifications
- Third-level qualification, preferably in Food Science or Technology.
