Front-of-House Lead
We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to fill the role of Front-of-House Lead. In this position, you will be responsible for leading a team of front-of-house staff, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for all patrons.
The Key Responsibilities include:
1. Supporting the Floor Manager in overseeing all front-of-house operations during service
2. Liaising closely with kitchen management to ensure smooth service flow
3. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and organisation on the floor at all times
