As a Maximo Consultant at Nucleo, you will engage with the Client and Nucleo Project teams, demonstrating a strong commitment to excellence to deliver the required outcomes for our clients.Responsibilities:As a Maximo Consultant at Nucleo, you will:Consult and Collaborate with Clients on their Business NeedsEngage and lead stakeholder workshops and sessions to identify and confirm business requirements, and translate these into functional IT requirements.Liaise with clients to document business processes, data, and system requirements.Assist in supporting stakeholders on strategic data-driven decisions and communicate insights effectivelyBuild effective long-term relationships with clients, ensuring that their client needs and objectives are met.Provide Functional and Data Expertise on Maximo and similar Asset Information systemsScope project deliveryUnderstand and identify how to configure and customise Maximo to meet specific business needs.Identify and develop functional and data solutions to address complex challenges related to asset management, maintenance, and workflows - make recommendations and advise on solutions.Lead Maximo solution design, data configuration, test, and deployment phases in project deliveryLead key data configuration, analytics, and improvement activities such as:Data capture, preparation, validation, and analysis activities in alignment with best practice standardsEnsure data quality and governance complianceAdvise and design development of data quality improvement solutionsLead extract, transform, and load (ETL) activities e.g. build csv data files and packages for load into systems (IBM Maximo).Support key business readiness activitiesDocument the flow of data and processes in solution design, and the data that supports these processes.Lead and coordinate user acceptance testing phases of the Project.Lead and coordinate project deployments, in-line with best standards.Qualifications & Experience:Strong relevant Consulting experienceexperience with techno-functional experience in IBM Maximo and/or certifications with a focus on asset and work management, data configuration/customization in Maximo.Has experience in Asset Management for the Utilities industry.Fluency in English both written and verbalBachelor's Degree in Information Systems & Technology, Engineering, Science, Data & Analytics or a relevant domainExperience in Requirements Gathering, Data Analysis, and Reporting Analysis and solution implementation.Up-to-date knowledge of current data tools and industry changes and analysis of big dataStrong leadership and project management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersAbility to lead creatively in a team-orientated, problem-solving environmentExperience in working in the Utility sector is an advantage
