Key Responsibilities Include:
* Welcome and greet customers, suppliers and visitors to the showroom.
* Answer incoming calls and direct customers to relevant departments.
* Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by working closely with Sales, Services and Parts teams.
Main Purpose:
This is a full-time role that requires working Monday to Friday and occasional Saturdays. The successful candidate will be required to work as part of a team to deliver exceptional customer service standards.
