The Role: Primary Contact: Be the go-to person for B2B customers, ensuring their orders are processed accurately and on time.
Attention to Detail: Administration tasks are crucial, so high attention to detail is essential.
Customer Service: Assist customers through calls and emails while processing orders and everyday tasks—no ticketing system involved.
Prioritisation and multitasking skills are a must!
The Candidate: Language Skills: We're looking for level C2 in the required market language French.
Experience: Previous experience in a fast-paced office environment or customer-oriented role.
Qualities: A can-do attitude, resourcefulness, and willingness to learn are key.
The Process: Step 1: Arrange a call with interested candidates to discuss the role and your expectations.
Step 2: Submit an application on your behalf if all goes well.
Step 3: Successful applicants will be called for an interview.
The client generally moves very quickly.
The Perks: Competitive Salary: €***** per hour, 37.5 hours per week, approximately €32, per year (before tax).
Contract: Initially fixed term with a strong possibility of extension or turning permanent.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, regular office hours (8am – 4pm or 9am – 5pm).
Hybrid Model: 3 days per week in the Dublin 22 office, 2 days from home (full-time in the office during training period).
