This sense of purpose inspires us to work to the highest standards, to tackle the challenges that matter.About the role Manage the end-to-end delivery of key employee lifecycle processes such as leave management, employee letter requests, probation tracking, reward and benefits, and contracts of employment Respond to employee queries within agreed lead times Support annual HR cycles including performance, reward, and benefits Review and maintain ongoing data updates, ensuring accuracy on relevant systems Maintain and update employee details on our HR system, Workday Develop in-depth knowledge of in-house systems, internal policies, and processes, providing guidance to users as required Participate in ad-hoc HR projects as they arise About you Experience in a similar HR advisory role Excellent organisational skills with first-rate attention to detail Experience using data entry systems and ability to quickly learn firm-specific systems and processes Ability to maintain strict confidentiality with strong knowledge of data protection requirements Excellent multitasking skills and ability to deliver tasks and turnaround deliverables in a timely manner Good communicator who keeps team/leads informed of progress and escalates issues as necessary Experience with an HR system is desirable but not essential If you believe that you meet most of the criteria above, we encourage you to apply.
