Job Description
The E-Evaluation Lead is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of electronic evaluation processes and systems. The role manages the E-evaluation tool and provides leadership on all matters related to the evaluation process. The E-Evaluation Lead assists Procurement Leaders and the Head of Procurement Operations in preparing detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders, fostering collaboration with internal and external partners to align evaluation activities.
Qualifications
* Act as the point of contact for all e-Evaluation processes, working closely with Procurement Leaders, the Procurement Operations Manager, and other evaluators to provide expertise and assistance on a day-to-day basis.
* Assist the Head of Procurement Operations in developing evaluation controls, maintaining information processes and systems, and developing client policies and guidance to ensure timely updates.
* Ensure the Evaluation Team produces consistent and compliant documents and processes in accordance with best practices, regulations, EU Procurement Directives, and other statutes.
* Assess and agree with Procurement Leaders on evaluation criteria and scoring requirements.
* Coordinate with delivery teams, meet key deadlines, and provide progress reports as per the reporting calendar.
* Support the Evaluation Team in managing work output and input to the scoring process to secure robust results.
* Lead the support team maintaining the e-Evaluation software system and ensuring appropriate user skills.
* Participate in procurement meetings, discuss progress, and provide evaluation reports when required.
* Help define and maintain professional standards for procurement processes.
* Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
* Identify opportunities to improve evaluation tools and processes, keeping them current and effective.
* Provide training and support on e-evaluation tools and methodologies.
* Oversee the implementation of electronic evaluation systems and promote best practices in procurement activities.
* Use evaluation findings to inform and enhance future strategies, policies, or practices.
* Collaborate on health and safety matters, following safe working procedures.
* Act as a role model for the organization's vision and values, encouraging similar behavior among team members.
* Protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of corporate information, preventing unauthorized disclosures or modifications.
* Perform additional tasks or duties as assigned.

Formal Education Qualifications
* Minimum Level 8 degree in relevant fields such as engineering, supply chain, procurement, quantity surveying, or business.
* Level 9 Masters in a relevant field would be advantageous.
Professional Memberships
* Membership of Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply or equivalent is desirable.
