This is an exciting new role with a generous salary of up to 45k DOE
Responsibilities as an Assistant Manager:
1. To manage the store in line with company requirements
2. Managing the team and encouraging them to strive to meet all targets and KPIs that apply
3. Working in conjunction with the store manager to ensure the smooth running of the store
4. Increasing profitability by effective merchandising
5. Stock and waste management
