As our business grows, we're looking for a Workshop Controller to join our close-knit aftersales team.Role OverviewAs a Workshop Controller, you will lead a team of skilled technicians, ensuring high standards of workmanship and efficiency across all vehicle servicing and repair tasks. You'll play a key role in maintaining workshop productivity, mentoring junior staff, and upholding our commitment to safety and customer satisfaction. Ideally, you will be a fully qualified motor technician / master tech with previous experience in managing in a busy workshop environment.
