Commercial Support Lead
Drive Operational Excellence and Deliver for Clients.
* Work closely with the Account Director to deliver smooth, reliable service for multiple clients.
* Support and guide Account Managers, helping them solve issues and keep clients satisfied.
* Standardise processes and ensure service levels are met across all accounts.
* Coach and mentor team members to build skills and confidence.
* Lead client onboarding, reporting, and internal rollouts.
* Assist in preparing for key client meetings and reviews.
* Work with teams to keep everything on track.
* Support with cost tracking and reporting.
* Drive improvements to make our operations more efficient and effective.
Solid background in client services or account management is a must.
Experience managing clients to agreed service levels and solving operational challenges.
Strong organisational skills and ability to standardise processes.
Confident communicator who enjoys working with different teams.
Comfortable with data and reporting.
A natural coach who enjoys helping others succeed.
