Morgan Mc Kinley are working with a well-established Irish organisation who are seeking a Finance Manager to provide strategic financial leadership and support to operational and executive teams.Maximise your chances of a successful application to this job by ensuring your CV and skills are a good match.The role is responsible for ensuring robust financial governance, supporting commercial decision-making and delivering accurate reporting across the organisation.Responsibilities Lead the finance function, overseeing day-to-day financial operations and reporting.Prepare management accounts, budgets, forecasts and key performance reports.Support financial evaluation of business initiatives, commercial agreements and investment proposals.Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and cost optimisation.Monitor and report on capital expenditure and investment projects.Manage internal and external audits, liaising with auditors and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.Maintain strong internal controls and risk management frameworks.Prepare statutory financial statements and regulatory returns.Experience 8 years PQE in a fast-paced finance environment.Experience managing a team and coordinating financial activities across multiple functions.Strong commercial awareness.Excellent communication skills, including presenting financial information to senior management and external parties.
