Your Role as a Carer
You'll be supporting clients in their own homes, helping them maintain independence and dignity through:
Personal Care (e.g. hygiene and mobility assistance)
Companionship and Emotional Support
Meal Preparation and Light Housekeeping
Medication Prompts
Accurate Reporting of Accidents or Incidents
Communicating regularly with your supervisor and office team
Performing other reasonable duties as required
What You'll Need
Kindness, respect, and a genuine interest in helping others
Full QQI Level 5 in Care Skills & Care of the Elderly (or working toward them)
Excellent communication and timekeeping skills
Commitment to confidentiality and professional standards
Flexibility to work various shifts (including weekends and evenings)
Own car and full driving licence is essential
