Job Title
A Performance Practitioner is required to support the physical preparation of athletes based in National Centre Dublin. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the Performance team to lead and deliver world-class Performance programmes.
* Support athletes to transition towards a Performance environment which can lead them to success on the international stage.
* Plan for and attend swim meets and/or swim camps to support National Centre and Regional Squad athletes as and when required.
Key Requirements
To be successful in this role, applicants must have:
* A passion for the development of a Performance and/or Performance Pathway programme.
* Strong communication skills and an ability to help direct the development of the programme in both the short and long term.
* An ability to aid in the progression of the Performance programme as a whole to ensure continued and furthered success.

About This Role
This is a part-time post paid on a contractual basis. Travel within Ireland may be required for meetings and secondments. A recognised Strength & Conditioning coaching qualification/accreditation or the capability to attain such a qualification/accreditation within the term of the contract is essential.
