About Your New Job As an Air Conditioning Engineer & Technical Trainer, you will support installer partners with technical queries and provide on-site/remote assistance. You will co-ordinate with the aftersales team to ensure the smooth organisation and delivery of service schedules. Provide engaging in-person and online training for customers, creating instructional videos, manuals, and e-learning modules to enhance product knowledge. Maintain up-to-date expertise in advanced HVAC technologies, analysing performance data, processing warranty claims, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety procedures. Take ownership for developing, updating, and delivering technical documentation, ensuring consistent customer education aligned with the latest product releases. What Skills You Need Third level degree and/or significant hands-on HVAC industry experience. Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer, including installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems. Strong technical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly in training sessions (both in-person and online). Demonstrated skills in creating content such as manuals, video tutorials, and e-learning modules. Excellent communication, presentation, organisation, and time-management abilities. IT proficiency (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and as part of a team; self-motivated and personable.
