As a key member of our facilities team, you will play a critical role in the efficient operation of our European manufacturing site. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-performing team dedicated to doing the right thing.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a regulated facilities maintenance environment, knowledge of Maximo CMMS, GMP standards, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage contractors effectively. A strong background in working with BMS/EMS systems, power distribution, backup power supply systems, network cabling, lighting, fire alarms & energy saving measures is beneficial.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Performing routine/preventive maintenance on electrical and other facilities infrastructure.
* Providing timely electrical troubleshooting support where required, particularly in response to equipment downtime situations.
* Ensuring that the site electrical safety requirements are met e.g. PAT testing, Thermal imaging, RCD testing etc.
* Identifying and implementing improvements to enhance system efficiency and reduce energy consumption.
* Supporting equipment installation, equipment moves, commissioning, qualification, and validation.
* Ensuring all maintenance activities and other repair tasks are accurately documented and that records are audit ready at all times.
* Utilizing Maximo CMMS to track and manage maintenance activities.
* Ensuring compliance with GMP standards in all maintenance tasks.
* Complying with health and safety regulations and promoting a safe working environment.
* Participating in audits, risk assessments, stress testing scenarios for facility systems.
* Coordinating and overseeing the work of external contractors.
To be successful in this role, you will typically require a minimum of 6-8 years of related experience and High School diploma/certificate or equivalent. You must have proven experience in facilities maintenance, particularly with controls systems, proficiency in using Maximo CMMS, a strong understanding of GMP standards, a strong understanding of safety protocols and compliance requirements, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
