The Role
You will take ownership of underwriting strategy and performance for the Home portfolio, ensuring profitable growth and strong risk control.
Key responsibilities:
Define underwriting strategy and risk appetite
Make decisions on complex and referred risks
Monitor portfolio performance and risk exposure
Work with pricing and claims on performance insights
Manage insurer relationships and delegated authority requirementsEnsure governance, compliance, and audit readiness
The Person
5+ years’ home underwriting experience
Strong technical underwriting capability
Experience in insurer or MGA environment
Strong decision-making and stakeholder skills
