Everest Language School is looking for a dynamic, multilingual professional to join our team in a dual-capacity role.
You will be the face of the school for our evening students while simultaneously acting as a key driver for our growth within the European market.
This is not a typical admin role. While you will work alongside our student support team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the school, your primary mission is to build bridges between Everest and European educational institutions, leveraging Erasmus+ programs and developing a robust network of partner organisation.
Key Responsibilities
1. EU Market Development & Erasmus+ (Primary Focus)
Strategic Growth: Identify and develop new markets within the EU to increase student enrollment.
Partnership Building: Proactively find and recruit new partner organisations across Europe.
Erasmus+ Coordination: Establish and maintain connections with European educational institutes, vocational schools, and universities to develop long-term ties through Erasmus+ funding. With the support of our Erasmus Coordinator.
Outreach: Represent Everest Language School in digital and physical networking spaces to promote and represent our school.
2. Student Support & Administration
Evening Reception: Manage the front-of-house operations on Tuesday and Thursday evenings (17:00 - 20:30), acting as the first point of contact for students and staff. Schedule for rest of week can be negotiated.
Student Services: Provide high-level support to students, assisting with enquiries, registrations, and onboarding.
Operational Support: Assist with general school administration to ensure a seamless experience for our international students.
Requirements
Languages: Full professional proficiency in English (B2 level or higher). Additionally, you must be fluent in at least two other European languages.
Availability: You must be available to work Tuesday and Thursday evenings until 20:30, and to start in March 2026.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills to work alongside our team and with the ability to represent the Everest experience to both students and institutional partners.
Knowledge: A foundational understanding of the Erasmus+ framework and/or experience in the international education sector is a major advantage.
