Job Opportunity: Service Sales Leader
We are seeking an experienced Service Sales Manager to join our team in Ireland. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record of driving business growth and development within the operations and maintenance industry.
Your Responsibilities:
* Identify key business drivers for customers and interpret their impact on our company.
* Develop sales strategies that support customer business plans and long-term goals.
* Analyse installed base and identify sales opportunities while supporting customers' operation and maintenance plans.
* Explore opportunities for circular economy, upgrades, digitalisation, and data management.
* Lead account plan development and implementation, including designing executive relationship strategies and coverage plans.
Your Background:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Demonstrable experience in managing customer relationships and developing accounts to increase lifetime value.
* A proven track record of driving business development strategies to achieve growth.
* Extensive experience in leading or delivering complex solution-based opportunities.
* Excellent customer and stakeholder management skills, up to C-level.
* Well-developed problem-solving and analytical abilities.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* HND or degree at BSc/MSc level and/or equivalent experience.
* Sales experience, preferably negotiating and managing large value orders within a technical environment.
