We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Administrator to join our team.Key Responsibilities:Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.Process invoices, & payments in a timely manner.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.Reconcile bank statements and assist with budgeting and forecasting.Manage office administration tasks, including filing, document management, and correspondence.Support with financial documentation and reporting and other projects.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.Assist with preparing for audits and liaising with external auditors.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar administrative role, preferably in the construction or haulage industry.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
