We are looking for an exceptional Store Manager to lead our store into its next chapter of growth. This is a high impact leadership role for a comerically minded people manager who is paasionate about sales growth, fresh food, customer experience and building high-performing teams.As Store Manager, you will be the driving force behind the store's success- shaping culture, delivering outstanding customer service and achieving ambitious commerical targets. You'll take full ownership of operations, performance, and people development. Your purpose is simple but powerful:To deliver an outstanding store experience every day -through exceptional people leadership, operational excellence, and a relentless focus on the community ans fresh local food. You will lead by example, inspire your team, and ensure the store consistently exceeds customer expectations while delivering key sales and profitability targets. QualificationsMinimum 3 years' experience in a senior retail management role. Proven ability to lead, inspire and develop teams in a fast paced environment.Strong commerical acumen and experience delivering KPIs and targets. Excellent communication, delegation, and decision-making skills. Confidence working with reports, data, and Microsoft Office.Prior MSVC management experience is highly desirableProactive, customer-focused, and capable of fostering good relationships with team members and local suppliers
