A high-calibre auctioneer is sought to manage the sales of properties.
1. Taking in property for sale, capturing compelling photography and crafting engaging descriptions.
2. Negotiating with clients to determine the optimal asking price and advertising strategy.
3. Organising a 'for sale' sign and facilitating the execution of Property Services Agreements.

We are looking for an experienced auctioneer who possesses Approved Auctioneers Association (AAA) qualifications. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organised, possess strong negotiation abilities,
work effectively under pressure whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times. A valid driver's license is also required as regular travel around designated areas is expected
