Front Office Manager Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to join our team in a 4-star hotel. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in a similar role and excellent customer care skills.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the Front Office Department.
* Lead the Reception and Night Porter teams.
* Develop and implement training programs for staff.
* Manage group, tour, golf, and corporate reservations.
* Collaborate with the Revenue Manager and Marketing Team on sales drivers.
Requirements:
* 2 years' experience as a Front Office Supervisor or Manager in a 3/4-star hotel.
* Familiarity with OTA extranets, channel managers, and CMS systems is advantageous.
* A working knowledge of the Hotsoft System is desirable but not essential.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
About the Role:
This is a full-time position requiring a 42.5-hour workweek, including weekends and public holidays. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Front Office Department and leading the Reception and Night Porter teams.
