Managethefullsalescyclefromleadgenerationtodealclosewithweeklyandmonthly reporting on progress against agreed KPIs.
Deliversustaineddailysalesactivityfocusedongeneratingqualifiedleadsandbuildingstrong broker and intermediary relationships.
WorkdirectlywiththeJointCEOtodefinesalestargets,forecastingmetrics,andperformance expectations.
ProvideCRM-basedreporting,includingconversionrates,pipelinehealth,andsales projections.
Identifyandactivelypursuenewbusinessopportunitiesthroughresearch,outreach, networking, and direct sales engagement.
CRM Ownership OwnthestructureandoptimisationofSalesforceCRM,ensuringaccuratedataentry,pipeline management, and reporting.
Manage permissions, content structure, and dashboard development to support sales effectiveness.
Skills & Qualifications Minimum2+years'experienceinasales-focusedrole,preferablywithinbanking,finance, lending, or professional services.
DemonstratedsuccessinmeetingorexceedingsalesKPIs.
Provenexperienceinclosingdealswithcommercialclientsorintermediaries.
StrongCRMskills(Salesforceorsimilar).
Strongorganisationalskillsandattentiontodetail.
Excellentcommunicationskillsacrosswritten,verbal,andpresentationformats.
Abilitytodesignandexecutetargetedsalescampaignsusingresearch,outreach,andcold calling.
Stronganalyticalskills,includingproficiencywithExcelfordataanalysis.
