Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the General Manager in developing and implementing HR strategies and policies.
* Recruit, train and develop high-performing teams.
* Collaborate with other departments to drive business growth and improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a few years' experience in HR, a passion for people development and a strong understanding of employment law. A recognized qualification in HR or CIPD accreditation would be an advantage.
