Business Process Improvement Lead
In this fully remote position, you will be the Business Process Improvement Lead for priority CS Roadmap programs. You will be part of the project working group and take on responsibilities for process analysis and design, pilot design and execution, and control plan development.

About the Role
You will lead key roles in priority CS Roadmap programs, including process analysis, pilot program development, and control plan creation. You will collaborate across teams to drive Continuous Improvement initiatives focused on enhancing specific CS business processes for improved operational efficiency and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead process analysis, pilot program development, and control plan creation for priority CS Roadmap programs
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive Continuous Improvement initiatives
* Partner with Shared Services, Policy, and Support Product teams to assess process impacts and design changes
* Collaborate with CS Analytics to establish process measurement systems and analyze data
* Deliver successful improvement projects with measurable positive impacts
Requirements
* 5+ years of proven experience leading and supporting cross-functional project teams
* Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or a similar field
* Strong knowledge and application of Lean Six Sigma methodology
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong communication and presentation skills
