Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Operations Manager to oversee all yard operations, materials handling, logistics, safety, and site maintenance at the facility. This is a key role that involves ensuring efficient flow of materials, preparation of orders, loading/unloading, site housekeeping, coordination with production and transport teams.
Main Tasks:
* Manage the yard facility: organizing stock, materials equipment and layout to optimize space and flow.
* Ccoordinate inbound outbound logistics: receiving raw materials delivering products meeting customer requirements).
* Ssupervise yard personnel allocating tasks monitoring performance supporting training development.
