As a Senior People Partner, you will operate as a trusted, influential advisor to Senior Leaders, owning and shaping the people agenda for your designated function. You will translate business strategy into forward-looking People Plans, lead complex organisational initiatives, and role‑model best practice People Partnering. You will be required to operate with autonomy to strategically influence, problem‑solve and lead across the UKI People function. You will be sought out for your judgement, insight and ability to drive sustainable outcomes at scale.
This role is a 6 month fixed term contract.
What You'll Do
Act as the lead people advisor to Senior Leadership, influencing strategic decisions with data‑driven insight and commercial acumen.
Help deliver the functional people plan, aligned to UKI and wider organisational priorities.
Anticipate future organisational needs, shaping proactive, scalable people solutions.
Lead complex organisational initiatives including org design, workforce planning, restructures and change programmes.
Drive organisational effectiveness using systems thinking, people data and measurable impact metrics.
Embed talent, performance and succession strategies, coaching leaders to build high‑performing, inclusive teams.
Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations and people risk, applying strong UK/Ireland employment law knowledge.
Role model Senior Partnering excellence, leading cross‑functional projects and developing People Partner capability across the function.
How You'll Do It
Significant experience in a Senior People Partner (or equivalent) role within a complex organisation.
Proven ability to influence and challenge Senior Leaders, shaping and delivering people strategy.
Strong track record of leading organisational change, org design and transformation initiatives.
Solid UK/Ireland employment law knowledge with hands‑on employee relations experience.
Strong commercial and business acumen, linking people decisions to performance outcomes.
Excellent coaching, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable operating in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments with competing priorities.
Analytical and data‑driven, able to translate insight into clear, practical action.
