Head Chef
The Head Chef is responsible for the smooth operation of a very busy kitchen. This individual will oversee the preparation and delivery of orders, manage staff training and performance, maintain kitchen hygiene and safety standards, and ensure efficient food service.
* Minimum 5 years experience as Head Chef in an upmarket restaurant with high volume trade
* Proven track record of maintaining a smooth and efficient food service
* Positive team training and management skills
* Keen financial acumen
* Genuine dedication to customer service
* Awareness of culinary/F&B trends
* Seafood knowledge/experience
* Good IT skills (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
* Credentials in health and safety training
